PGCET admit card

The PGCET admit card is released on the official KEA PGCET portal shortly before the exam, and is downloaded using your application number and date of birth.

For the 2026 cycle, KEA released the admit card on June 7, 2026, ahead of the June 14 MBA/MCA exam. The M.Tech/M.E./M.Arch exam on May 23 had its own, earlier admit-card release. The 2027 dates will be added here once KEA announces the 2027 schedule.

How to download

Go to the official KEA PGCET portal.
Log in with your application number and date of birth or password.
Download and print the admit card in colour, on plain A4 paper.
Check every printed detail immediately: name, photograph, exam centre, stream, and category. Contact KEA well before exam day if anything is wrong.

Admit card won't download?

KEA runs the same portal infrastructure for PGCET as KCET and DCET, so the same fixes apply: try a different browser or device, try again during off-peak hours rather than right after release (heavy simultaneous traffic is the most common cause), double-check for case-sensitivity and stray spaces in your login details, and try switching networks if login or OTP keeps failing.

Exact permitted and prohibited items change slightly year to year. Always follow the instructions printed on your admit card over any general guidance.

No grace period for late arrival

As with KCET, KEA-run exams have no grace period once the gate closes — arriving even a few minutes late generally means you cannot enter that session, with no exceptions for traffic or emergencies. Treat your admit card's printed reporting time as a hard deadline, not the actual gate-closing time, and build in extra buffer.
