The same institution types that accept KCET also accept DCET lateral entry, since it feeds into the same second-year engineering cohort: government engineering colleges, university constituent colleges, private aided colleges, private unaided colleges, and autonomous institutions. How to research a specific college

Check directly with the institution for current affiliation and accreditation (AICTE/NBA/NAAC as applicable), and specifically confirm it takes lateral-entry students into your target branch — not every college offers lateral entry into every branch it runs from first year.
